Pick up only needs shipping
I had an item listed that was pick up only. A lady bought it. She is in Illinois. I am in Tennessee. She made a mistake and did not realize it was pick up only. I have agreed to ship it.
Ebay requires some code to be scanned when she picks it up. Obviously, she’s not going to pick it up. I’m shipping it. How do I make sure I get paid by Ebay? Obviously I cannot get a hold of Ebay.

Mentor8 months agoYou cancel the listing with the reason Problem with buyer's address. Relist the item with shipping, and send the buyer the new item number. Buyer repurchases and repays. You can then ship the item to her with tracking.
