Pick Up Only
Hello Everyone! I wanted to ask for your advice. So I recently listed to sell an item and I highlighted that it is only for pick up (it was in bold in the description). The buyer opened a case saying she or he has not received it as he or she does not live in the same state. In this situation what should I do? Thank you.

Mentor10 months agoRefund the buyer and then relist the item.
You can't keep the item and the money.
Clearly, the buyer does not intend to pick up the item so you need to refund.
