Pick up of package
I ordered a package on eBay and it was delivered to an Amazon locker in my building and I can't retrieve it. How do I retrieve the package?

Usually, there will be a key left in your regular mail compartment so that you can retrieve the package from a locker. In this case, go to the building management office to see if the package was left with them.
Good luck.
