Hey I am a beginner and I have a a buyer who told me he really want the product asap and he wanted to pick it up instead of me shipping it bc he live close to me and I will deliver it for him how he can confirm that he received it from the app ?so I can get my money from eBay

You can not change the delivery method after the sale. you will need to cancel the sale using problem with buyer's address and relist the item with local pick up for them to repurchase. With local pick up the buyer receives a QR code and a digit code that the seller enters into the eBay APP as proof of delivery.
