Pick only / accepted buyer’s offer to ship
I requested the buyer’s ship to address and I have no response yet ? How long do I give him to respond?

If the buyer has paid, you have his address.
If the you have no address, the buyer hasn't paid.
Sometimes scammers try to get you to ship without payment.
Wait until the buyer pays and then you can prepare your package and print a label.
You need to wait a full 96 hours (4 days) on a purchase without payment and then eBay will allow you to relist your item.
