How can I get the locat for local pick up???? I purchased something from eBay they send me the code to pick up but I don’t have location

Every Local Pick up sale I've made I am the one to message the Customer advising them where I do local pick ups and ask them to provide some choices for day and time so we can confirm a meeting and then I wait.
What was the item you purchased? expensive?

Mentor1 year ago@jevar786 You need to contact your seller for the location. They are allowed to share contact information after a recent purchase.

You will give the seller the code when you pick up the item.

Here are things to try to get past the "something went wrong " error.
Clear your eBay browser history.
Try another browser.
Make sure that you turn off any pop up blockers or java script blockers.
Let me if you still have problems after trying these trouble shooting steps.

Mentor1 year agoWell darn..... Time to contact CS. I recommend social media as the agents are US based and more experienced. Chances are though that they will just "open a ticket" You can TRY asking them to have the seller message you with pick up info.
If eBay doesn't help you then you will need to file a not received refund request 7 days after the date of sale. Then ask eBay to step in on the 4th business day after opening the sale to force a refund if the seller has not already issued you one.

·1 year agoAfter making your purchase, contact the seller to arrange a time and place to collect your item, and agree on how you’ll pay for it.
The seller will let you know which payment methods they accept. In addition to credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, you can sometimes pay for local pickup items by internet banking, check, or money order—either beforehand or when you pick up your item. Sellers may also accept cash for local pickup purchases.
After you’ve completed your purchase, ebay will send an email with a Local Pickup code (a QR code and a 6 digit code) to your Messages. You can either print off your email or show the seller the message on the app when you collect your item. The seller will scan or enter the code on the eBay app to confirm you’ve picked up your item.
