Pick List Option
Where did the Pick List Option go?
Until recently, If I look at the 'Bell' I could see all items sold; when they needed to be shipped; AND there was an option to print a PICK LIST. This feature seems to have disappeared.
Does anyone know how to get to it?
ALSO, Customer service Chat with a real person is no longer an option. I do not want a phone call, I want to type and read replies.. not speak with a person.

·1 year agoI don't see that option either, and while I haven't used it before, I do remember seeing it, but I don't know when it disappeared exactly.
I would recommend instead of trying to communicate with customer service, who won't likely be able to do much if anything to assist, that you click on the ? symbol in the bottom right corner of the Seller Hub page and use the Send Feedback link to let eBay know that you would like that feature to return. Sending feedback that way actually goes to the relevant teams and if enough reports come in to eBay about the removal of that feature they might decide to add it back.

Mentor1 year agoI haven't had to print out a Pick List in years, so not aware if it was removed.
