Photos uploading on listings in very poor quality

Hi there,

My photos have been uploading very blurry and with poor quality when using the app to list.

I've seen the other threads and tried all of the suggestions, including installing the old version of the app, updating the app to the most recent version, using three different phones... And nothing helped.

The pictures continue to upload in poor quality. Has anyone found a solution to this yet?

I have a google pixel, I've used it for ebay for almost 2 years. It's camera is amazing, I love it! This issue just started recently and only exclusively on Ebay. I've used the adjust brightness before but I don't think it's the issue. It's really weird.

@disneyshopper I looked at about 20ish of your most recent photos and about half of them half the same blurry issue! Take a peek.

Your photos are only as good as the camera you are using. Are you using the camera on your smart phone? Is it the latest version? Newer models have very excellent cameras. I looked at the photos on two of your listings. After you upload your photos, I suggest you adjust the brightness. I use a Canon PowerShot digital camera. Once uploaded to my computer, I click the icon second from the right to increase the brightness. Often that is enough. If not, then there is the icon to adjust bightness/contrast.
