Photos have a lock symbol and I can’t edit.
I have a listing that the photos have a lock image on them preventing me from editing.

If your listing is active, you'll need to revise it to edit a photo
You can't revise the listing if
- There's an outstanding Best Offer (including Counteroffer or Offer to Watchers) on the listing, or
- It's an auction, and there are less than 12 hours left, or
- It's an auction and there's a bid, (although you can add up to a total of 24 photos and/or a supplemental description comment, and lower the Reserve price until the last 12 hours), or
- You are at your listing and selling limit
