Photos don't upload
I cant upload photos to my listing. It keeps giving " This folder is empty" message.

1) Your photo needs to be
- JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, WEBP, HEIC, or AVIF
- At least 500 pixels long on one side
- Smaller than 12MB
- Not a PDF
2) If your photo is on a computer (windows) you can right-click on your photo and select "properties". See the size and type under "General", and the pixels under "Details".
3) If your photos are scanned as a PDF, you need to rescan them as a JPG or convert the PDF to a JPG
