Photo editing of uploaded images is not working.Talked to Ebay help for an hour. Still not working.
Talked to Ebay help for an hour and they can't figure it out either. Anyone else have the problem? How did you solve it?

The Trash can is the only icon
When I click 1 time on the photo (not click and hold), the edit window opens up

OP1 year agoWhen I click one time on the photo it will not show the editing icons at the bottom as you show. It will let me scroll through the line of photos but none have editing icons. I've tried it on about 12 of my listings including some in drafts...still doesn't show me editing icons across the bottom. Thanks for trying to help me. I really appreciate it.

Well, that's frustrating. Focus on drafts not live listings.
1) Are you by any chance at your listing limit? That can prevent revising a listing.

2) My next suggestion is to try again (I know this is annoying advice)
Log out and back in.
Clear your cache (not browsing history)
Use a different browser (example: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)

Are you editing on the website or on the phone app?
What happens when you try to edit the photos?

OP1 year agoI was on PC. I can upload photos but no editing capability other than the trash can icon. Tried it on my phone. Same thing happens. Any ideas what is causing this? Ebay hasn't figured it out. I tried Google Chrome as well as Firefox...both have same problem. Cleared history...didn't do anything. Restarted computer...no change. Shut
computer down and restarted...still does the same thing.

OP1 year agoThe photos only have one place to click...the trash can. The other editing symbol is missing. Double and single clicking doesn't make the other icon appear. Tried Google Chrome and Firefox. Same problem in both. Cleared history...didn't fix it. Restarted and closed and reopened computer...didn't fix it.
