Phony return shipping label?
I complained to seller about item I received, not matching description. I wanted refund or send me an item that does match description. Seller sent me a shipping label, USPS 9400109208316194666069. I returned the item with this label. It is not traceable when I try to track it. After 10 days I contacted seller to see where my refund was. Said they would look into it. After another week I contacted them again for status. Nothing. Before time ran out I clicked on "Return Item" on ebay. I got a new shipping label, but the item was already shipped under the old label. I clicked on "Mark as Shipped", but it would not accept the old shipping label number and it just puts me back to button for "Mark as Shipped". The only other thing I can do is just leave negative feedback, as the window for return closes in two days and I don't think I can do anything after that. Any suggestions?
