Phoney item
I purchased a pair of what I honestly believed a vintage pair of Jordach jeans. They came new, good fabric but I knew they weren't the real thing. The horse monogram wasn't on the inside pocket, the logo name was not on the back pocket. The inside label that said Jordach was glued.
Why are sellers allowed to do this? I should have been more careful. Since the jeans were definitely new and well made I decided to keep them. But I was disappointed.

Mentor6 months agoSince eBay never sees the items that are listed on the site they cannot verify any item except those that qualify to go through the authentication process. So sellers can list a real item and send you a fake item. This is why eBay has their 30 day money back guaranty to protect buyers. If enough "Item not as described" cases are opened against the seller then eBay will take action against the seller.
