Phone # to reach a HUMAN! Does anyone have any suggestions? I can NOT get through to a human being!
Does anyone have any suggestions? I can NOT get through to a human being! Even though I was told by a human last week to call back for my refund after having my buyer open an "item not received" claim. NOW it tells me its past normal business hours. I call at ALL times of the day and night. NOW it just says "I can't connect you with a representative". Does anybody have a different phone # that will go to an actual human being??? Because I have to say... A.I. SUCKS!!!

Mentor9 months ago@animal_rescuer You can't call in, you have to request a call back. Agents often say what the member wants to hear.
Did you respond in the case with the tracking that showed delivery if the tracking was not already loaded by eBay?
Did you use an eBay shipping label and ship within your stated handling time? If you refund the buyer and the item arrives later then eBay automatically refunds you as long as you shipped on time AND used an eBay shipping label. See this new policy>
