I purchased a supposed OEM screen replacement, it was advertised as 100% working but turns out the under-screen fingerprint reading doesn't work. The seller claims I was supposed to move parts from the old screen to the new but that's not possible, I believe they thought I had purchased the mid-frame but I purchased the screen only option. After several attempts it doesn't work, I decided to return because it's not what I paid the higher price for. Unfortunately the screen was damaged during the uninstall and I wonder if I'm eligible, and how will I get the refund?
