    Hi @pinkgrl

     

    Don't panic, remain calm.  If you have a PC (laptop or desk top) you can login there providing you know your Username and Password.

     

    DO NOT login to your account on any device used by someone else who sells on eBay.  Accounts can become associated via shared IP addresses and other information and receive restrictions or closures depending on the account health of both members.

     

    And finally, explain "off" ... do you mean it's fried, unusable, etc.?  If that's the case then once you get a new phone you will be able to download the eBay app and login.
