Phone number to talk to an actual person

Question

Can someone give me the telephone number to call for an actual person? I had found it on here a couple of years ago but can't find it now. I need help with removing negative feedback. I've already talked to the customer and applied for revised feedback which the buyer said they would and then couldn't find the revision email to do it.

Ebay will not be able to help if the buyer can't/won't revise the negative feedback.

Did you send the buyer a feedback revision request?

To request a feedback revision on eBay,navigate to yourFeedback Profile page, click "Request Feedback Revision," and select the neutral/negative item within 30 days of posting. Sellers get 5 requests per year to ask buyers to change ratings, giving them 10 days to accept.
