Mentor11 months ago@pdsh7190 Is your shipment late arriving or lost?
Did you file a missing mail search on the USPS site?
Did your buyer file a not received refund request? If yes and tracking shows recent movement then eBay will usually extend the refund request time. If no recent movement then you will need to issue a refund before the 4 business day when the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
The agents in another country and have very little knowledge of how USPS works.
