I've been a seller since 2001. I'm trying to reach ebay about an issue with an item sold. Buyer wants to pay for half of the shipping & I can't seem to get a human being to help me. Any suggestions ?

Are you asking how to provide a partial refund on the shipping (assuming you are agreeing to this)? If so, select Send refund from the dropdown next to the order transaction to provide the refund.

I don't recommend it, but if you insist on speaking with an eBay rep who may or may not know what to do in your situation, at the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
