OP10 months agoThanks for your response. Unfortunately we moved from CA to FL and I didn’t realize the shipment was going to the old address. Fed Exp will not redirect, seller says he can’t help and no humans seem to work at EBay! My bad. Trying to get former neighbors to help. Surely I’m not the only one this has happened to!

eBay can't really help with this sort of thing. eBay requires the seller to ship to the address the buyer provides with payment, and it appears the seller has done so.
If the package is undeliverable, it should be shipped back to the seller. If it gets delivered to your old address, you may be able to get someone there to forward it to you.

eBay can not redirect a shipment in transit.
Why is it going to the wrong address? If the package is addressed to you, contact FedEx to see if you can have the package held for pickup.
The seller might be able to have a shipment intercepted for a fee, if the seller is willing to do that.
