Mentor3 years agoHi @danmcg-4010 Whatever you do, don't call some random number you get off Google or an off-site group or really anywhere. Those are just as likely to be scam numbers that will ask for your password and payment information. Real eBay customer service does not need your password or payment information and is reached only through the Help & Contact tab at the top left of almost every eBay page. Click the colorful eBay logo at the top left of this page, then click the Help & Contact tab. Or today you can use the link @gosimus provided. The trick is to remember to scroll down to the bottom of the Help pages. Many times the call back option is there but the user misses it because they didn't scroll to the bottom. Good luck!

Mentor3 years agoIf you do not see a call back option using the above link, use the chat assistant to request an agent. You may have to provide some context-dependent cue keywords before the option appears.

Read one more. https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002 has a link to request a phone call back. eBay does not provide a number so you can call them, you have to have them call you.
