Phone Number?
Is there a way that I can talk to someone at eBay about filing a dispute? I saw a number a few days ago and cannot find it again. It has been over 3 days and the link to ask them to "step in and help" is not showing up. I cannot get anywhere with the AI chat help. Please help me! Thank you!!!

In order for the option for eBay to step in to appear, you must start your case within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date (for an "item not received" case) or within thirty days of tracking showing delivery (for a "not as described" return).
The option to ask eBay to step in should appear after three business days from starting your case if the seller has not cooperated or refunded you. eBay may allow the seller more time if the seller provides tracking that appears to show progress in your direction.
If you waited too long to start your case, or if you waited more than twenty-one business days to ask eBay to step in, the option will not appear.
Check the status of your case here:

OP2 weeks agoI think I got it taken care of, thank you. It looks like the link wasn't there because eBay was already involved which I didn't know. I needed a live person to talk to.

Mentor2 weeks ago · Edited@chiquitacal No need to talk to an agent to file a case.
You need to file the case yourself from your purchase history. Have you done this yet?
Then ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day if the seller has not issued a refund or a return shipping label.
If you tell us what type of refund request you are filing we can provide better advice to help you get your money back.
