There is no direct phone number you can call to reach ebay.
However, if you tell us why you need to call them, we can probably tell you how to get resolution for your issue.
We would need to know when you bought the item.
If you haven't received it, what is its last estimated delivery date is/was.
If there is tracking what does it say.
If the item was not as described have you taken any steps beyond contacting the seller and if you did what steps you took.
