Phone I bought off of ebay got blacklisted
Because the item that I have bought is a peice of technology my situation is different from for example buying a hat, or buying a lamp. When I had recieved this phone, the phone had matched the description of the post. It was working and had no problems. The description of the post said that this phone was clear of blacklisting. Only after the 30 day money back guarante window had closed, around 2 months in, the previous owner of this iphone had called into my carrier company to blacklist this iphone. I am no longer able to use this phone like I did before. There is no way I can write a review or even submit a return request. I have been calling my carrier company and they tell me that this is an issue of the previous owner personally blacklisting the phone whether to file an insurance claim or to report it as missing. This phone does not match the description of the post because there was no warning that this would happen and now my phone is blacklisted which is not what the post said this phone would be. I am reporting this account because of the lack of information provided (not saying the risks) and messing with my line after I had purchased this. I feel like if i am purchasing off of ebay I should be guarentted to feel safe from these scams.

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Since it has been more than 30 days from delivery, your recourse would be to file a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal to process your payment or contact the funding source you used to pay for the phone.
