PHONE CONTRACT NUMBER FOR EBAY
I AM CURIOUS, DOES ANYONE HAVE EBAYS CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER. I HAVE BEEN WITH EBAY FOR FIVE YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES GETTING IN TOUCH WITH A LIVE BODY. BUT JUST TRIED TO CALL AND I COULDNT GET A LIVE BODY. EVERYTHING WAS SENDING ME TO THE WEBSITE FOR INFO? HAVE THEY DONE AWAY WITH THE PHONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

Mentor3 years agoeBay hasn't had a direct number to call for support since the COVID shutdown, but you can still speak with a rep.
At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
