There is a seller, melmar5731, who does not send items after you've won the bid on them. Ebay immediately took my payment and then I got a message from the seller saying he has cancelled the sale because of non-specified problems with eBay that won't allow him to collect the money after a sale, and that this is because of this he is not sending an item. How do I get eBay to refund my money?

I'm sorry this happened.

For a claim to get your money returned, you have to wait until the latest estimated delivery date has passed. Check the purchase about that date.

Then you have maximum 30 days to report the item you didn't receive. Three business days later, you can ask eBay to step in, if itâ€™s still not solved.

So, it's a two step procedure.
