Phone cases
I ordered 2 phone cases payed for them the seller made a ticket saying ready to be picked up by UPS so I checked back like 4 days later to track my package and the tracking number is no good I sent the person a email asking what's going on they said oh sorry you cases are sold out they will have more in a few days I said ok I'll wait now they sente a email saying they need me to buy the phone cases over again when I have already bought them once what should I do can I do anything? Please help me out thank you

Mentor2 years ago@stephegra-4 Advise the seller that you wish to cancel the sale. They can then cancel as buyer requested. They SHOULD cancel as out of stock but don't want to because they get a Defect on their account.
The only other option is to wait until the order is past due and file a not received refund request.
If your package is late arriving this is what you do:
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.
