Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses. https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
Note that this address change will only apply to future purchases. If you have already paid for an item contact your seller and ask if they will please cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. They are not required to do this so be sure to ask nicely.
