Question

Does anyone know what the status of Pet UV is? I ordered a grooming tub in May and they will not answer the phone or respond to my emails. I have paid for the tub but do not have it.

Go to your Purchase History and click on Order Details next to the item title to see if the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€

That sounds like something from China. eBay has a 30 day money back guarantee. Buyers have up to 30 days after the expected delivery date to open a "not received" request. The expected delivery date us shown next to the item within your Purchase History. If that 30-day window has already closed, and eBay will not let you open a request, then contact your payment processor to challenge the charge for an online purchase that was not received.
