I HAVE TRIED TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNT TO PERSONAL TO BUSINESS. I COULDNT DO IT. I HAVENT FOUND ANYTHING ACCOUNT SETTING. THERE HASNT MENTIONED " EDIT" option
What should i do

I suggest to contact eBay.

Add ‘agent' in the chat box that popped up.
Answer questions if showing up.
Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".
