Personal Information
Everytime I try to get into my personal information, I get an error message saying something went wrong trying to again later. This has been going on for more than 24 hours. I’m trying to change my phone number because I no longer have that number. Any help would be appreciated.

Mentor11 months agoTry another browser to rule out a browser issue. Or try using the eBay app to change your account info. Or try another device entirely.

OP11 months agoI’ve tried safari, chrome and duck duck go. Also I tried desktop computer with Microsoft edge. No luck

OP11 months agoI’ve tried that as well. On the app it says there is a problem on our end. Meaning EBay’s end.
