Why is ebay DEMANDING a copy of my personal bank statements? I've been here since 2005!! I'm not comfortable with that. They have all my cards for buying and selling but HAVE BANNED ME FROM SELLING !!!WTH???

Mentor3 years agoeBay has banned you from selling because you have not set up your bank account with eBay to receive your payouts. There is no point in selling if you can't be paid for what you sell.
PayPal is no longer eBay's payment processor. You must provide the required information to receive your payments. If you're not comfortable with it, you can't sell on eBay. You might consider opening a separate checking account just for this purpose if it makes you feel more comfortable.

Mentor3 years agoLooks like you haven't sold in over a year. That makes you a new/returning seller. Many changes have come in the last few years, including the end of PayPal managing payments for sellers. Buyers can still use it.
You have to register for Managed Payments if you want to sell. You must provide your SSN and checking account information. If you don't provide that, you cannot sell because that is how we are paid. It is just that simple.
