Personal account issues with creating a listing
My account says I am limited. How can I post a listing for sale??? Or get help with understanding why I can’t do it and my account being limited

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
