What if the buyer says wrong item received but the photo they send of that item isn’t I ever carried and could not have sent to her

I would reply back asking her nicely if she mixed you up with another seller.

I am sorry you got the wrong item. I sold you the Pink Doohickey. The tracking for that shows it arrived on xx Feb 2024. Is there any chance the purple thingamabob in your photos came from another vendor?
