Persian 3 x 5 oriental rug
I am trying to list a Persian area run that is identical to the pictures and write-ups on eBay, but I keep receiving a RED notice that they no longer allow sales of these rugs due to the embargoed goods policy. My question is,
Why are all these same rugs for sale on eBay if my ad can't be listed? Any clarity on this subject would be appreciated. Many thanks,
