Permantly restricted account
Hi there
I have just received an email from ebay letting me know that my account has been permantly restricted, so unable to sell any items.
This is following a suspension whilst they were requesting info such as, tracking numbers ID and receipts for my items. I sent all this info and then received this email out of the blue.
There is no expaination as to why and when my funds will be realeased. I have called ebay and they are not able to help as its dealt with by the back office? I also cant respond to the email as its not manned.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do or if its happened to them

Sorry that this is happening to you. Permanent suspension on the US site means forever. As for any funds not paid out they go to the sellers state and through a process called escheatment which can take 1-5 years. I don't know what happens in the UK with "unclaimed" funds.
