Hi all,My eBay selling account recently received a permanent selling restriction due to my Bad Buyer Experience (BBE) rate being above the market average. The defects driving this were a few out-of-stock cancellations and a couple of cases closed without seller resolution, mostly from a few months ago. There have been no new issues since.I've contacted eBay support multiple times (email and live chat) and been told consistently that this restriction is permanent, there's no manual reinstatement...
