permanently restricted from selling but still able to sell
my account was restricted in October 2024 (I didn't know it until March of 2025) During this time I continued selling. In December 2024 I requested a payout however my eBay account needed to be updated additionally eBay requested proof of ownership, proof of address and copy of identification. It took me a good minute to locate all the documents but I did and by March I submitted all the requested documents. A few days later I was permanently restricted from selling because of activity they believe was putting the eBay community at risk.
as of this date my payouts built up 4 + months of payouts with zero communication from eBay other than emails will be read however no response will be given. does anyone know?
