I was permanently restricted from selling today.

I have 99.1% positive feedback. My customers are all satisfied. Many of my customers have asked me why the store is not open. When I told them what happened, they were even shocked and said it was nonsense. How can I be putting the eBay community at risk? Is there a solution!
