permanent suspension
I am permanently suspended due to missed messages while I was without internet. No fraud, nothing suspicious. I cannot get past AI to get a human to look at this and reconsider my account. Advice?

In looking at your public profile on eBay, there is no recent activity.
Did you refund the Buyer that didn't receive their $1400 item?
If eBay has issued a permanent suspension, there is really nothing you can do. You could try to email eBay, but there are no guarantees they will respond. With a permanent suspension, eBay usually will not respond to chat, texts or calls because there is nothing they can do.
