Permanent Account Restriction and Unresolved Sales Issues
Hello eBay Community,
I'm in a complicated situation and need some advice. A month ago, I sold a camera that couldn't be delivered on time. I had to issue a refund, but eBay still took their commission as if the item had been sold, leaving me out of pocket.
I tried selling the camera again, but this time the buyer did not pay. Despite this, eBay once again marked the item as "sold" and I assume it need to take the fee.
Recently, my account has been permanently restricted from selling due to "activity we believe was putting the eBay community at risk." I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
My immediate concerns are:
- How can I cancel the sale of the camera that was marked as sold but was never actually paid for?
- What steps should I take to try and recover my permanently restricted account?
I appreciate any guidance you can provide.
