perfume listings ask for shipping quote
Why do my listings that contain perfume products display a message for the buyer to ask the seller for a shipping quote?

I looked at several of your listings and it is not limited to just your perfume items, there was also a table cloth and door knobs that did not have shipping set up on the listing. Did you use a sell similar or sell one like this option? The new listing will have the copied listings shipping options.
You will need to check your listings and add a shipping option if there is not one. Also perfume cannot be shipped via air, it must go ground. Check to see how it must be declared and packed on the carrier's site.

OP10 months agoYes, I have since done a deep dive into my account and noticed many listings with that message. I contacted ebay and they said there is a " glitch" on their end. It's extremely frustrating because I don't know how long this has been the case but it is probably an explanation for my decrease in sale recently.

Looked at the technical issues board and there is a post about this issue. It looks like eBay is aware of it and are working to get it resolved.
