Perfume from China arrived broken
Box of 4, one bottle broken, 2 additional caps broken, one bottle wasn't the correct item.
Two bottles might be coloured water with minimal scent.
Is there a way to get a refund without shipping broken glass back to China?

Mentor1 year agoSend the seller photos of the damaged items, the inner packaging, the outer packaging, the shipping label. File a Returns Request for Item Not as Described. The seller can fully refund the buyer if s/he does not want the items back. If the seller wants the items back, they cannot provide a prepaid shipping label for the item's return. They will have to send enough funds via Paypal so you can ship the items back (place in lots of plastic bags). When they get the items back, they have 2 days to refund the buyer.
