Performance rating - stuck and can't improve it
When I was a rookie, I forgot to take off listings that sold on a different platform. This impacted my performance rating. I have great reviews and had flawless transactions this entire year. I can't get this off my account, no matter how well I perform these days. How do I get this off my account??

You are evaluated every month on the prior 12 months.
Go to your dashboard and open the monthly breakdown to see when the defects will roll out of your 12 month evaluation period. https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=US
