my performance level dropped because Ebay stated I was out of stock on orders when the buyers asked me to cancel their orders for wrong card use, address, wrong size.

If you chose the wrong reason for cancellation, and the buyers requested the cancellations through eBay messages, ask customer service if they have a way to correct it. I have never heard of a cancellation being changed, but it can’t hurt to ask.
