performance issue
Hi,
I have a question regarding the Traffic report for my US eBay marketplace.
In Performance → Traffic, when I select United States and view Past 90 days, the report shows:
Impressions: 0
Listing views: 0
Quantity sold: 0
CTR: 0.0%
Sales conversion rate: 0.0%
Organic impressions: 0
Promoted Listings impressions: 0
Promoted Offsite impressions: 0
I also checked the Past 30 days, and the US report still shows all zeros.
However, when I switch to Canada, the same Traffic report shows actual data. For example, the Past 90 days report for Canada shows 17,302 impressions, 56 listing views, and 12,631 Promoted Listings impressions.
Could you please check whether there is an issue with the US Traffic reporting/dashboard for my account, or explain why the US marketplace is showing zero traffic while Canada is reporting data?
I would also like to confirm whether the US impressions and listing views are actually zero, or whether the data is simply not being displayed correctly.
