I spoke to ebay customer service and they still evaluate me below standard even when they told me to sell and it would improved. Customer service not telling the truth

Mentor8 months agoOut of stock defects stay on your account for a full year. Your % can improve with more sales and no more defects, but it will be a long crawl out of that well.

Well, considering you have 51 sold items in the last 90 days and of those a number of items for some rather good prices including 7 items over $ 1,000.00 it does seem strange. Did they give you a reason for being Below Standard? Did you cancel sales using the Out of stock reason on sold items? If so how many?
How long have you been Below standard?
They review accounts on the 20th of each month and IF your Seller level changes upward it will not go into effect until the 20th of the following month. Today is the 20th. Check your Seller dashboard tomorrow to see if there is a change coming: Seller Dashboard | eBay

OP8 months agoyes I did, because I was a brand new seller and didnt know that is a no no. Now Its been a year I have 5 defect rate Two in Feb 3rd and 4th but has not been removed. Do you know when will they remove it?
