Perfect copy PS2 game. Buyer wants partial refund because he found a "better copy for same price".
Ok, so I got an email this evening from a guy asking for a partial refund for a copy of a PS2 game that is in almost perfect condition saying that he found another copy in "better condition". He wants 30 dollars off a $150 price tag and to keep the disk, and this was an auction. I know this is an attempt to just get $30 bucks back. This guy has some bad reviews already on his account for mishandling the return system. I also know that if I say "no" he'll mark it as an "item not as described" and send it back, likely damaged so he can save some money back. I really don't want him damaging the disk in return and having to lose the whole purchase price. I also don't want my reputation harmed. Any suggestions as what to do? I have yet to contact him back. Thanks in advance.

Mentor2 years agoI clicked on one of your sold listings. It shows as No Returns. If the buyer files a returns request for a buyer's remorse return (changed mind, doesn't like it, found it cheaper elsewhere, doesn't fit) you can indeed decline the return.
