Thank you for your time and patience. It seems like ebay asks me to change my password every third time i go on the website. That [someone] in Patchoque NY or Philadelphia has gained entry to my account. Does anyone else deal with this issue? Is it a genuine threat? Thank you very much.

If you delete your cookies, ebay may be asking to change your password. Are you anywhere close to Patchoque NY or Philadelphia? If you are using a mobile device, that might be the closest cell tower, which is why ebay thinks someone from that area is logging into your account, and therefore if it is you, you can ignore that message.

Stop deleting cookies, so ebay will recognize you when you log on.
