People can’t buy my item
When a buyer clicks on my listing it says item can’t be sold because the seller has not specified freight shipping fees how do I fix that

Mentor11 months agoWell, how do you plan on shipping such a large item? Sellers are responsible for setting up the shipping in the listing. Choose wisely. You have to know the exact measurements of the item in the box and the exact weight. You will be dealing with additional dimensional fees because of the size of it. I would list it as local pick up only. It limits your buyers but this would be extremely costly to ship.
On a side note, as a brand new seller, I have no idea how you were able to list such a high dollar item. Your funds will be held for 30 days since you are new. Best of luck to you. @chwojtk16
